How Word to JPEG Conversion Works
Our converter processes your Word document and renders each page as a high-resolution JPEG image. The conversion uses either LibreOffice (if available on the server) for pixel-perfect rendering, or our built-in text renderer for simple documents.
Use Cases
- Social media posts: Share document content as images on Instagram, Twitter, or LinkedIn.
- Presentations: Embed document screenshots directly into slide decks.
- Previews: Create thumbnail previews of documents for websites.
- Email attachments: Send document content as images when recipients may not have Word.
- Archive snapshots: Preserve the visual appearance of documents at a point in time.
Supported Formats
We support .docx (Word 2007+), .doc (older Word format), and .odt (OpenDocument Text). For best results, use .docx format which is the most widely supported.
